These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CollisionPulseIQ platform at collisionpulseiq.com and any related services, including text message (SMS) communications about your vehicle repair, provided by CollisionPulseIQ ("CollisionPulseIQ," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the platform or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
CollisionPulseIQ is a collision repair management platform used by repair facilities to manage repair orders and communicate with their customers. Through the platform you may receive repair status updates, photos, repair authorization and signature requests, satisfaction surveys, and other repair-related communications.
SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
Program description. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional text messages from CollisionPulseIQ and your repair shop about your vehicle repair, including status updates, document and photo notifications, signature requests, and customer service messages.
Message frequency varies depending on activity on your repair order.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges from your mobile provider may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Your mobile number and SMS consent are used only to deliver the messages described above. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Consent and Opt-In
You represent that the mobile number you provide is yours or that you are authorized to provide it, and that you consent to receive messages at that number. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.
Acceptable Use
- Use the platform only for its intended purpose in connection with your vehicle repair.
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
- Provide accurate information and keep your contact details current.
Authorizations and Signatures
Where the platform is used to collect repair authorizations, direction-to-pay, or electronic signatures, those documents and the records associated with them reflect your agreement with the repair facility. CollisionPulseIQ provides the technical means to deliver and record them and is not a party to the underlying repair agreement between you and the shop.
Intellectual Property
The platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by CollisionPulseIQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollisionPulseIQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the platform or text messages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
